Are they certified to AS/NZS 1891?
The listings do not claim it. They quote ANSI, ASTM and OSHA figures, which are United States standards and the manufacturer's claims. New Zealand industrial fall arrest is governed by AS/NZS 1891, so ask us before ordering if your site requires that certification.
Can I use equipment that has arrested a fall?
No. Take it out of service and have it inspected before it goes near another job.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free across New Zealand on orders of $100 or more. Below that it is a flat $25, shown in the cart before you pay. Express delivery is $25 on any order. Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours and arrive in 5 to 7 days.
Can I return something?
You can return an item within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund, in its original packaging and with your receipt or order confirmation. On a change-of-mind return you pay the return postage. If the item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it should, we cover the return and your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected.
